How to shade faces tute

I'm terrible at explaining stuff. But I wanted to roughly show how I go about shading faces. It's pretty simple. I usually use the same light source every time lol. The fun is in adding the detail & refining the facial features. Using references really helps. I just love roughly doodling & coming up with new faces. I really could draw them all day.
